A: You can consult the size chart provided here. However, we recommend booking a dress appointment here to get your measurements and ensure the best fit. Our team is also available to assist you with any sizing concerns.
Q: Can I try on dresses in-store?
A: Yes, we invite you to visit our store and try on dresses. We have a premium collection of prom dresses in stock for you to browse and try on. Make an appointment here.
Q: What is your return policy for dresses?

Q: Can I place a order if the dress I want is not in stock?
A: Yes, these are called special orders which are available for dresses that we do not carry in store. Special orders are final sale, typically take 14-21 days for delivery, and may be subject to extra fees after shipping.
Q: Do you offer alterations for dresses?
A: We do not offer in-house alterations, but we can recommend skilled local tailors to assist with any needed adjustments.
Tuxedo Rentals
Q: What is included in the tuxedo rental?
A: Our standard tuxedo rental package includes a jacket, pants, shirt, vest, tie, and shoes. You can also add accessories such as cufflinks and pocket squares for an additional fee.
Q: How do I get measured for a tuxedo?
A: You can book an appointment online and visit our store for professional tuxedo measurements. Our experienced staff will ensure you are fitted correctly for your event.
Q: Can I rent a tuxedo online?
A: Yes, you can browse our selection and build the exact tuxedo you would like, then send us your measurements through the out-of-town form. But getting fitted in-store will ensure the best fitting tux.
Q: How long can I rent a tuxedo for?
A: The standard rental period is a couple days to a week, typically for the duration of your event. Please return the tuxedo by the day after your event to avoid late fees.
Q: What happens if the tuxedo is damaged or returned late?
A: If the tuxedo is returned late or damaged, additional fees may apply. Please see our rental agreement for more details.

A: We offer two shipping options for dress purchases:
- 2-day express shipping
- 3-5 days ground shipping
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship dresses to all 50 states, US territories, and internationally. However, please note that we cannot send international packages as gifts due to shipping regulations.
Q: How long does shipping take for special orders?
A: Special orders typically will be less than 7 days, but can take 14-21 days for delivery if they are not in stock with the vendor. We will keep you informed of your orderโs progress.
